Getting started

To book a place or enquire about alternative class times or one-to-one sessions please contact me. You can either telephone me on 0790 3010816 or contact me by email, using the form here.

Classes are open to all but are not run on a drop in basis. To ensure you exercise safely, there’s an enrolment form to complete which provides information about your health, any injuries or conditions to take into account. New clients joining an existing group class will usually need to attend a private introductory session of 30 minutes at £15. This allows me to assess your movement and strength, and go through the basics of the technique.

If the advertised times do not suit you, please let me know what would. I am hoping to start additional classes both daytime and evening.
