I have been practising Pilates for around 12 years and feel the benefits in my own body on a daily basis, helping correct bad habits developed over years of desk-based work. I initially trained as a dancer, and find a lot of similarity with dance in the techniques and movement patterns of Pilates. I like the Body Control Pilates method as its controlled approach allows time to focus and attend to the details which make all the difference.

I teach small group classes in Whitstable and am also available to teach on a one-to-one basis for clients who prefer this option.
