Body Control Pilates classes in Whitstable and Herne


Group Classes

Small classes limited to 12 participants. Booking essential. Price per block: £60 for a 6 week block.  First session £10 if you prefer to try the class before committing. Please note that due to national Lockdown,  Hall classes are currently not allowed (March 2021).  Zoom online classes are available. Please contact me for info.

One-to-One Tuition

Private tuition is available at £35 per hour (one person) or £40 (two sharing) for clients who require more focused and personalised attention, or would simply prefer to work on this basis.
